54% of Apli’s team leaders are women - including the technical leaders of our Engineering, Product, HR, Integrations and Chatbot Development teams. Yet, this is just the start. Our ongoing Lean In program provides resources and support to help women at Apli step into leadership roles.

Our recruitment automation product is a powerful tool for change. By enforcing algorithmic fairness practices in automated candidate screening and shedding light on potential biases on human screening, we are helping some of the world’s largest employers implement fairer hiring practices.
Our podcast The Talent CEO, which reaches tens of thousands of industry leaders monthly, serves as a stage for meaningful discussions, including topics on gender advancement and LGBT inclusion in leadership. We are dedicated to lifting up voices and using our reach on our corporate social media to foster dialogue that drives change.
